Order Tracking
Once your order has been successfully dispatched, you will receive a confirmation notification via email or SMS containing the shipment details, including the tracking number and courier partner name.
You can also track your order by:
- Logging into your My Account section on our website
- Clicking on the “Your Orders” option
Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours after dispatch to become active.
Shipping Charges
- Tashi Group offers free delivery on most products, subject to minimum order value conditions.
- If the total cart value is below the applicable minimum order threshold, additional shipping charges may apply, which will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
- All applicable taxes, including GST, are included in the product price unless stated otherwise.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled or undelivered due to reasons attributable to Tashi Group or its logistics partners.
Delivery Locations
Tashi Group delivers to most locations across India.
- Product delivery availability is determined based on the PIN code entered at checkout.
- In case a product is not serviceable to a particular location, the system will notify you before order placement.
Delivery Method
Orders are delivered through third-party courier, logistics partners, or postal services appointed by Tashi Group.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on product type, delivery location, and logistics partner.
- For orders containing multiple products, delivery may occur in multiple shipments.
Delivery Timeline
- Standard delivery timelines are typically 5–7 business days from the date of order placement.
- Estimated delivery dates shown on the order details page are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, regional restrictions, or operational delays.
If delivery is expected to be delayed beyond the estimated timeline, you will be notified via email or phone. In such cases, you may choose to:
- Continue waiting for delivery, or
- Cancel the order (subject to applicable terms)
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
If you are unavailable at the delivery address:
- Our courier partner will make up to three (3) delivery attempts
- The courier may attempt to contact you via phone call or SMS
If the delivery remains unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to its origin. In such cases:
- You will be eligible for a refund, processed as per our Refund Policy
Delivery Acceptance & Responsibility
- A Goods Receipt (GR) or proof of delivery must be signed at the time of delivery.
- Tashi Group is not responsible for deliveries accepted by any person other than the customer at the address mentioned in the invoice.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at the time of order placement. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
Damage, Shortage & Delivery Issues
- Tashi Group is not responsible for damage to products after delivery acceptance.
- Any damage, defect, or shortage must be reported to our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.
- Customers may be required to:
- Return a signed Goods Receipt highlighting the issue, or
- Provide a clear unboxing video as proof
If an order status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the product, please notify us within 24 hours. Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for resolution.
Heavy & Bulky Shipments
Consumer Electronics & Household Appliances
- Large or bulky items are delivered to your doorstep.
Floor Delivery Conditions
- Delivery to 1st floor or above will be provided only if a functional lift is available and the product fits inside the lift.
- In the absence of a lift:
- Delivery up to 2nd floor via stairs may be attempted, provided the staircase width allows safe movement
- Minimum clearance required: Product width + 35 cm on each side
No Lift Available
If delivery above ground floor is not feasible due to the absence of a lift or narrow staircases:
- The customer must accept delivery at the ground floor of the shipping address.

Order Cancellation Due to Non-Delivery
An order may be cancelled due to:

- Customer request in case of delivery delays
